Hi, I have suffered with indegestion type pain behind the breastbone and in my back for over 2 weeks. I also get pains coming up into my neck. My tummy feels bloated and my bowels are working slower than normal. I have passed this off as constipation and have been taking 300mg of Ranitidine per day for the last 5 days as advised by my company doctor. I have now noticed a firm lump at my diaphram level that is just central to my stomache and seems to go down to my bellybutton. Pressing in on this lump gives me an instant feeling of acid reflux.
