Hi, I Have Swelling In My Neck To The Right

Hi, I have swelling in my neck to the right of my adams apple. it has been checked by my GP and antibiotics were prescribed, but nothing has changed. I have also seen my Dermatologist recently and they looked at it. They don't seem overly concerned. Is there a glad there?
