Hi, I have swollen breasts and also tender nipples. I'm also experiencing a pinching pulling feeling in my low low abdominal on either side. It's very faint and doesn't really hurt much. I had what I thought was my period but it was a week before I was supposed to get it. It was lighter and lasted three days about. I'm just very confused.
