Hi I Have Swollen Gland With Ear And Jaw Pain

Hi I have swollen gland with ear and jaw pain the same side aswell as a very painful ulcer on the back of my tongue - all on the left hand side I don't have a high temp but feel pretty awful I have also started to loose a lot of hair each time I wash my hair - any advice appreciated
