Hi, I Have Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Neck, Fatigue

Hi, I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck, fatigue ( which is quite delibitating) and night sweats usually a slick sweat every night, occasional soaking , low grad fever, I had a biopsy on a lymph node in my chest ) fine needle) and nothing came back, doctors cannot work it out, my bloods are perfect. Initially they suspected lymphoma but have since given up!!
Now I have 2 lumps on each arm coming up quicky on the inside of my arm nearby to the elbow! Are these new
Lumps something to worry about? What do I ask my GP to test? Or specialist reccomendations?
