Hi. I Have Symptoms That Began As Embarrasing, Really, But

Hi. I have symptoms that began as embarrasing, really, but have gotten more prevalent and I don't know what to make of it. For quite some time I have had a recurring boil on my buttocks...i thought maybe it was an ingrown hair because it would go away, but return over time. Now, I experiencing what I can only describe as "blood boils" in my genital area...sometimes on my scrotum, other times, very near it. When they pop, they bleed profusely. They are annoying, but not severly painful, and I feel immediate relief when they pop. What could they be and what can I do about it? I don't think they are STD related, as I have been abstinent for 4+ years. I'm pretty hairy in the pubic area...relation?
