Hi! I Have Taken Diltiazem 120mg For 2 Days. I

Hi! I have taken Diltiazem 120mg for 2 days. I had no issues the first day, but today, I have been tachycardic at 100-115 for a couple hours (now my HR is between 80-90, which is still high for me). I had a headache when my HR was really high, and I have intermittent flushing of the face. Do these side effects typically go away, or do I need to consult my cardiologist?
