Hi, I Have Taken Mifegest Kit(one Tablet On 11May 16

I have taken mifegest kit(one tablet on 11May 16 at 10pm and after 48 hour on 13 May 16 at 10pm 02 tablet orally & 02 tablet vaginally). But it is now 1700 hrs on 14 May 16,till now bleeding has not started.is it necessary to take antibiotics with this kit.what can I do now
