Hi I Have Taken Regestrone Between 6 To 8 Apr

Hi I have taken regestrone between 6 to 8 Apr to avoid menstrul cycle. Thereafter stoping my cycle started 14/15 of that month. Next month spotting appeared twice nearing my next cycle. But the period had not started. Also I feel a small lump in my vaginal passage. What could it be and why am I not getting my cycle? My cycle gap is between 27 to 28 days. Please suggest.
