I have taken trileptal, (300 mg) remeron,( about 4 mg. and valium for 15 years. (13 mg) I have reduced the trileptal to 200 mg. over 1 1/2 years as I read that it induces my other drugs, making those other drugs clear faster, and perhaps making them harder to taper off of. I have had a terrible time with all these drugs. I could not taper the valium any more (down from a high of 20 mg) so I started tapering the trileptal. I started sleeping better but I am having a very very hard time getting off any of these drugs, making very small cuts and holding for weeks. I have been advised to get off the more activating drugs first, which I guess might be the trileptal? It seems trileptal interacts with a lot of drugs and i can 't take anything for any other condition because I become very unstable very quickly. Any thoughts?
