Hi, I Have Tender Achilles' Tendons For About A Week.

Hi, I have tender Achilles' tendons for about a week. I walk regularly. I iced, used compression socks and took a day off from exercise and the pain seemed to move to my heel. It is both a dull ache to the touch and when I walk a burning sensation in my Achilles. Ibuprofen and topical aspercreme don't seem to help. What should I do?
