Hi, I Have Terrible Itching On My Hands And Wrist.

Hi, I have terrible itching on my hands and wrist. I do have a little swelling and area is red. Could this be a bed bug bites.. I did find a bug in our bed today after I took sheets off, not sure what kind and only one. We took of mattress and looked really good but did not see any more. Thanks
