Hi, I Have The Implant In My Arm Which Has

Hi, I have the implant in my arm which has now expired.. I have been sick a few mornings in a row, had the sorest breasts ever with tingling around nipple, fluttering in my stomach, spotting and very tired all the time.. I have not had a period since the implant was put in.. What could this all mean?? Help!!
