Hi I Have These 3 Lumps On In My Stomach.

Hi I have these 3 lumps on in my stomach. I have 2 on my right side and 1 on the left and they are small and can only feel them when lying down. I used to only have 2 but I've gained another one on the right. They are in the middle of the hip bone and private regions.
