Hi I Have These Attacks Where There Are Stabbing Pains

Hi I have these attacks where there are stabbing pains in my right side and in my back also have blood in urine but noinfection . I have these attacks about every 7or 8 months. My galbladder was removed several years ago. This pain exsisted after removal.dr said galbladder was severly damaged. Have had cts done said no stones. I wander if there may be a stone thats behind something and may not be seen by ct scan? Any help will be helpful. Have suffered a long time with this. Thanks
