Hi, I Have These Small Pimple-like Bumps In My Upper

Hi, I have these small pimple-like bumps in my upper groin and stomach area. They almost look like little blisters more than pimples. Just 4 of them. I tried to "pop" them but there is no pus. Instead, pinching these with my nails leaves a tiny little ball the consistency of a piece of skin and then it begins to bleed a lot. This tiny little ball of whatever I assume was inside the pimple does not dissolve by rubbing it in my hands like pus or something from a pimple would. It's possible it was just the outer skin but I dont think so. There is no itching and no pus whatsoever. It healed in a few short days like any other cut or small wound would.
