Hi I Have These Tiny Bubbles In My Spit Also

Hi I have these tiny bubbles in my spit also it feels like gas is constantly trapped in my body bubbles on the inside everywhere my vitals were fine at the er they gave me some antibiotics for a urinary tract infection vacation for coughing but it also feels like everytime i swallow there's a long for a bubble in the back of my throat like they looked at my throat but didn't do any testing is there anything I should be concerned about or is this something that could go a naturally I've been having this issue for about a year now also my memory has been fuzzy I just wasn't sure where else to go at the moment
