Hi I Have This Area On The Top Part Of

Hi I have this area on the top part of my butt that bothers me.. it's not normal I dont think anyone else has it. It makes the middle of my butt look flat and the bottom looks normal. It sticks out from the rest of my butt. And it doesn't hurt at all. I've Googled all day and I haven't found an answer :(
