Hi I Have This Burning Sensation In My Eurethra And

Hi I have this burning sensation in my eurethra and sensation to pee but just drops. A got over prostatitis a few months ago but the last time I did not have this intense burning in the penis. I do not feel the brick like feeling in the anus like before. This seems to happen ever time I have a hard stool. Could it be a fissure.
