Hi , I Have This Feeling Of Palpitations Like I

Hi , I have this feeling of palpitations Like I did X ray and found out that a bone in my left shoulder is quite up. Like its not in its place. It is quite up like a at a place which consist of my collarbone and should. Like in the middle of it. it cant be seen just by looking. So after this I have started to feel my heart beat yes I can feel my heart beat and its palpitations. Sometimes I feel like its increasing and my upper body vibrating from it. Even though my ECG And heart beat are always normal. I also feel my left hand sometimes becomes numb. And I hear cracking like noises when I held my left hand up in the air or for any other work. Please guide me and help me!
