Hi, I Have This Issue Of Posterior Nosebleed A Week

Hi, I have this issue of posterior nosebleed a week a go and swallowed too much blood since then i have this black stool. Even after treatment of my nosebleed a few days ago still I have this black stool but no smell, i'm still taking medication of amoxicillin anti-biotic and taking ferosglobin an iron suplement and it will be finish by this week. Is my stool normal?? It's still black but no smell..
