Hi. I Have This Purpleish Bump? In My Urethral Metus.

Hi. I have this purpleish bump? in my urethral metus. It kinda looks like a vein and it is both sides of my urethral meatus. This vein is going up and down again in meatus, also it gets bigger with erection but then returns to it's "normal" size. Only problem I have is split stream when I urinate. Should I be worried?
