Hi. I Have This Weird Sensation In My Head That

Hi. I have this weird sensation in my head that feels like waves crashing or like my brain spins. I feel dizzy but not like the room is spinning. It feels like my brain spins. Causes nausea. The sensation makes me feel drink. I have swollen lymph nodes on my clavicle or lower neck too. Please help
