Hi I Have Ticks That Prevent Me From Wearing My

Hi I have ticks that prevent me from wearing my dentures, when I put them in I bite down so hard that I have actually exposed bone in my gimme, I tell myself to stop but I keep doing it. I flip my legs with my fingers and don't know I'm doing it sometimes, I squeeze my eyes slot. My dr put me on clinicians but it don't help. I've all kind of medicine but nothing helps. All I want to be able to do is wear my teeth again.
