Hi I Have Tietzes Syndrome Very Bad Chest Pains I've

Hi I have tietzes syndrome very bad chest pains I've had it for 4 years now , also I have hiatus hernia . Repeated attacks of acid reflux , I have horrific pain in my lungs sometimes when breathing , get short of breath when lying down , I've had chest infections that takes weeks to go , and my chest creaks sometimes and weezes do u think this could be something more serious ? Also I'm a smoker ?
