Hi, I Have To Have Both Of My Knees Replaced

Hi, I have to have both of my knees replaced but I recently snapped something in my right knee and can not straighten or bend all the way. I've been using a walker till surgery (I've already see the surgeon) but the wait is 3 weeks or so. Today I have noticed I can feel blood pumping behind my knee and even feel it. Should I be worried?
