Hi. I Have To Proceed For Umrah. I Have Started

Hi. I have to proceed for umrah. I have started taken Primolut N 10 days before my periods date. But i am having period cramps as usually I have with swelling in my belly as I used to have slight during my periods. I am taking 2 tablets in morning and 2 in evening. I am doubtful that are tablets working and will my period actually delay as I cant afford having them during my umrah.
