Hi, I Have To Take Norco 10mg And I Take

Hi, I have to take Norco 10mg and I take if 4 times a day; however, since I am an addict, I usually taper down to a smaller dose towards the end of my month's supply. What can I do to minimize my hyperalgesia and other symptoms, and how much of a withdrawl time would the average person expect to deal with? I've broken my spine twice and there's not much else of an option I know of to get through a month, especially in the winter months when it gets worse?
