Hi, I Have Tonsillitis And Been On Antibiotics(penicillin) For A

Hi, I have tonsillitis and been on antibiotics(penicillin) for a week but it's gotten a lot worse. It's very swollen and it feels like it's nearly blocking my throat but I know it's not that bad but it's very uncomfortable feeling like I'm going to choke and it's very sore. I'm not sure whether I should go to a&e or wait until the morning and go to the open clinic.
