Hi,
I have twinges in the centre of my lower back radiating to the sides and also to my fron tummy, it happens sporadically but is very uncomfortable. It also feels like my tummy has some probably gas movement which also sets the twinges/sharp pains in my back off.
What could this be? And how do I relieve it?
