Hi, I Have Two Lower Back Operations And A Partial

Hi, I have two lower back operations and a partial hip operation and I hurt all the time. My hip hurts every time time I put my foot down and if I walk much my back hurts a lot. I also had a aneurism in my head, then had a shunt put in. I was out of it for about a year until the shunt sort of woke me up. What medicine is best for me take for pain with all this going on?
