Hi I Have Two Lumps One On Each Side I

Hi I have two lumps one on each side I am a male in my public hair area been there for a while they seem too go up and down a little for the past couple of days having sharp pains under my rib cage on the right side and back pain both sides but mostly the left along with the right side pain the past couple days I'm having soreness and pain in my right upper thigh and lots of stomach bloating and girgling seems to come and go
