Hi, I Have Two Moles That Are Concerning Me. One

Hi, I have two moles that are concerning me. One is itchy and pulsating. It used to be slightly raised; however, it has grown and become cauliflower like and not symmetrical. That mole is all one colour from what I can tell as it is on my back. The other one is under my right breast and is not symmetrical either, is semi cauliflower like with two dark spots in it about the size of a pin head. I have pics if you need them. Thank you.
