Hi I Have Vaginal Bleeding And Not On My Period

Hi I have vaginal bleeding and not on my period and I have had cervical dysasia previous and had a cone biopsy and tubal also. I don't know why the sudden change and don't have my pap again for few weeks along with an ultrasound but am wondering if it's safe to wait that long it's not soaking a pad just pink red ish blood occasionally mostly after intercourse
