Hi, I Have Vaginal Burning Sometime When I Pee. It

Hi,
I have vaginal burning sometime when I pee. It usually burns in the morning when I haven't drunk water and also when the sun is hot. I have received uti and candida treatment several times but I still experience this burning sometimes. When I drunk more water the burning goes away I'm Short while. Doctor pls help me identify my problem and how I can treat it
