Hi I Have Varicose Eczema That Has Developed After A

Hi I have varicose eczema that has developed after a heart attack 10 years ago. The original treatment was to use a moisturizer and when the itching started to apply cortisone. However on a trip to America I bought a pot of Eucerin this seemed to eliminate the need for the cortisone. However on my return to NZ I could not replace the used product but as I had given the urea in the lotion the credit for the improvement, looked for another product that contained urea. After several trials I started using Nutaplus cream. This had the desired effect with no noticeable side effects (once daily application) it gave no problems even if the application was up to once every 3 days. This week my pharmacist informed me that Nutraplus cream was no longer available but he could source a Nutraplus lotion that had the same properties. 36 hours after the first application my legs reverted to the original condition. This gives me the impression that the lotion must have another ingredient that is aggravating the eczema. Is there an alternative treatment?
