Hi, I Have Very Severe Eczema And I Was Just

Hi,

I have very severe eczema and I was just diagnosed with a UTI. Sometimes the eczema affects my vagina, and last night I woke up with extremely sore, uncomfortable labia. In between my inner and outer labia there are large scratches with a yellow type goop over them which is very painful when I move around. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, but is there anything I can do to ease the pain?
