Hi I Have Very, Very Bad Gas That Has An

Hi I have very, very bad gas that has an odor that smells like hard boiled eggs or worse. I cant stand it myself. I am embarrassed to be around people. I have IBS with diarrhea. Can you help me find a gas medicine that would take away the smell of gas. Thank you.
