Hi I Have Wat Looks Like Brocken Blood Vessels On

Hi I have wat looks like Brocken blood vessels on the testicals skin there r also wat looks like blood blisters there too I have popped one and I know I shouldn't have but i did and it has been bleeding for a while now not a fast or bad bleed but it is getting me worried as they look like busted / Brocken blood vessels
