Hi. I Have What Feels Like A Hard Lump On/in

Hi. I have what feels like a hard lump on/in my mons pubis. It's been there for a little over a week now. I squeezed it some and this white stuff came out. I also have a bump about an inch away from it. I squeezed that and white pus and blood came out, but it hurts when touched, and it looks like this reddish muscle is sticking out from it. What causes this and are there any treatments or home remedies I can use?
