Hi, I have white bumps there in chunks and there around my foreskin and now i have some little white thing at the top of my urethra im 16 and yes i am sexually active but i do use condoms when i am have vaginal sex but i dont use it when i am getting oral sex i dont have no symptoms it just looks weird
