Hi, I Have Yellow Spots On The Back Of My

Hi, I have yellow spots on the back of my throat. Before that the thing that hanging in your mouth, sorry I don't know what it called, it turned red and became bigger. After I took medicine, it started normal but I notice the yellow spots. So does it serious? I'm worries about it. Thank you
