Hi I Haven't Been Well For 2 Weeks Now. I

Hi I haven't been well for 2 weeks now. I had a funny turn and went yellow and shaky. Went to the doctors and I have blood in my urine I've been on antibiotics to try and treat an infection if there is one. My urine sample was taken off to a lab and the results have come back but the doctor needs to discuss my results with me? Really worried if it was an infection then it should be treated with the antibiotics I have now had? Help what could this be? I'm feeling tired achy and drained all the time.
