Hi, I Haven't Got My Period For 4 Months, I

Hi, I haven't got my period for 4 months, I do have a lot of symptoms that could mean I am prego. I tried at least more than 8 home prego test all came back neg. I now have headaches very often and very light pink spotting when I wipe. I made at doctors appointment but will only have blood work in a month or more.
