Hi I Heard By Taking A Z Pak Takes All

Hi I heard by taking a z pak takes all good and bad out of your body does that include if you are taking valiums ? I take valium through pain management and I have to take urine test every month and it has to be in my system will the zpak kick out the valium in my system faster then usual?
