Hi I Hit My Head On A Piece Of Metal

Hi I hit my head on a piece of metal on the back of a truck the spot were i hit my head is on the left side of my head its about a inch up from the left side of my forehead .there is a goose egg and scratch\small cut . this happened this morning around 10 am I took Tylenol earlier and it helped and I just got home a hour ago and it came back and now under my left eye is twitching
