Hi, I Hit My Head On A Table Two Days

Hi, I hit my head on a table two days ago and immediately had a huge welt on my head but iced it & it went down. Then yesterday it was more of a spread out larger lump on my forehead. Then this morning when I woke up, the bimp is nearly gone but now my eyelid is all blue and purple and red almost like a black eye! Is it just the blood from my welt spreading? Should I see a doctor?
