Hi, I Hold My Pee Most Of The Time Due

Hi, I hold my pee most of the time due to work, recently I noticed blood in my urine especially when I hold it. I've had a UTI and it was treated I am aware it tends to come back. But what I'm worried about is that I am experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and excruciating pain on my lower back(same pain when I was having my 3rd baby) at the same time. Please help. Thank you.
