Hi. I Hope This Is Easily Answered And Not A

Hi. I hope this is easily answered and not a big deal. I have a sharp pain under the left side of my ribs almost on my side. I have been feeling very strong urges to urinate and have suddenly developed a dark tar like stool. This seemed to just appear out of nowhere with very little build up. Woke yesterday with slight discomfort and by 5pm had the very sharp pain.
