Hi I Hope You Can Help. Usually Every Night Around

Hi I hope you can help. Usually every night around 10 or 11pm my face and body starts to get really hot and my face itches like mad especially the top of my nose. My eyes also go very red, swell a little and water too I'm not sure exactly what It is that causes it it could just be the the heat I don't know
